Warranty Policy

Hi-Tech Deck warrants that Hi-Tech Deck marine decking products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Hi-Tech Deck, at its discretion, will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as accidents or natural disasters.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To make a warranty claim, contact Hi-Tech Deck at info@hitechdeck.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations, so these terms may not fully apply.
